Accessibility statement
We want everyone who needs to use cdyn.io to be able to. This statement says what we’ve done, what we’ve tested and what we haven’t.
Our aim
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We haven’t had an independent audit, so we can’t say the site fully meets that standard.
What we've done
- Text and controls are checked against the AA colour contrast ratios, in every coloured section of the site.
- The site uses headings, landmarks, lists and form labels, so a screen reader can find its way around.
- The navigation menu works with a keyboard: you can open it, move through it in order and close it with Escape. Focus is visible.
- The page layout adapts to small screens and to enlarged text.
- Form errors are shown next to the field and don’t rely on colour alone.
- The cookie banner lets you accept, reject or manage settings with equal prominence, and the site works the same whichever you choose.
What we've tested
We ran automated accessibility checks (Lighthouse) on the home page, the partnerships page, the service pages and the forms, and measured colour contrast. We tested the navigation menu by keyboard. We have not yet carried out a full manual review with screen readers, speech recognition or other assistive technology. Automated checks find only some problems, so there may be issues we haven’t found.
Known limitations
We don’t currently know of any barriers that stop a person completing a task on the site. If you find one, please tell us.
Tell us about a problem
If you can’t use part of the site, or you need information in another format, email partners@cdyn.io or use our contact form. Tell us the page, what went wrong and, if you can, the technology you use. We aim to reply within one working day.
If you're not happy with our reply
You can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service, which advises on discrimination and equality in Great Britain.
About this statement
Prepared on 8 October 2026. We’ll review it whenever the site changes in a way that affects accessibility, and after any audit.
