The site gives information about CDYN and its services. We sell only through partners, so nothing on the site is an offer to supply a service to you directly, and it does not form a contract. Services are supplied to partners under separate written terms.

We take care to keep the information accurate and up to date, but we don’t promise that it is complete or current. Speeds, coverage and availability depend on the site, the network and the partner, and are confirmed in a quote.

You agree not to:

• use the site unlawfully, or to send anything harmful or misleading;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or its data;
• interfere with the site, for example by sending malicious code or automated floods of requests;
• copy, scrape or republish the site’s content in bulk without our written permission.

The contact and introduction forms are for genuine enquiries. We may refuse or delete anything that isn’t.

Dynamic CX and The Worman Foundation are separate organisations. Their names and logos appear here with their permission and remain theirs.
