Contact centre and high-volume

Contact centres put a phone line under a different kind of pressure. Calls arrive in bursts, diallers set up dozens of calls a second, and a busy Monday morning can't be allowed to sound like an engaged tone. We provide uncontended capacity designed for continuous heavy use, sized to your customer's real traffic and call rates, not to a rule of thumb.

When demand spikes for a campaign, a product launch or a seasonal rush, extra capacity can be switched on quickly and released afterwards, so your customer isn't paying for peak capacity all year. Every trunk runs across two separate platform sites and more than one carrier, because for a contact centre an outage isn't an inconvenience. It's lost revenue.

We also deploy Webex Contact Centre itself, and through our sister company Dynamic CX we can add AI call analysis on top. See how Truly Dental now answers 63% of calls immediately

Voice is only as good as the line underneath it

Most call-quality problems aren’t really voice problems. They’re connectivity problems. Over ordinary internet, voice traffic competes with everything else on the line. Our Ethernet gives voice priority all the way from the customer’s site to our platform. Where Ethernet isn’t justified, we size the broadband and the router for clear calls. Either way, it’s all on one bill.
