Partner and general enquiries (contact form): your name, company, work email, enquiry type and message. We use them to reply to you and, if you’re a prospective partner, to discuss working together. Lawful basis: legitimate interests.

Partner introductions (find a partner): your name, company, work email, phone (optional), town or postcode, company size, what you’re looking for, and your IT provider’s name if you give it. We use them to introduce you to a suitable partner, and, if you name your IT provider, to contact them about working together on your behalf. Lawful basis: legitimate interests, in responding to your request.

Estate reviews. When a partner asks us to review their customer base, they may share bills, circuit inventories and call records that include personal data, such as telephone numbers. We process this data on the partner’s behalf, only to carry out the review and under a written agreement with them. We delete it when the review ends, unless the partner asks us to keep it for a proposal they’re taking forward.

Website analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies. This covers pages visited, how you arrived and general device information, collected through Google Analytics. Lawful basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time through Cookie settings.

Partners: the partner we introduce you to, and your IT provider if you name them.

Google: Google Cloud and Firebase, which host this site and store form submissions in the UK (europe-west2), and Google Analytics, if you consent. Google Workspace, which handles our email.

Cloudflare: Cloudflare provides our domain name service.

No selling: we don’t sell your data or use it for advertising.

Form data is stored in the UK. Google Analytics data may be processed in the United States. Google LLC is certified under the UK extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (the UK–US “data bridge”), which provides the legal basis for that transfer. Form submissions are deleted automatically after 12 months, unless they lead to a partner or customer relationship. In that case, our contract terms apply. Google Analytics data is kept for 2 months.

You can ask for access to your data, or ask us to correct it, erase it, restrict how we use it or object to us using it. You can also ask to receive it in a portable format. Email partners@cdyn.io. We’ll respond within one month.

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, contact us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
