Webex Calling and Cisco
Cisco voice is where we started. Our team has spent decades in the Cisco channel, building and running everything from on-premises CUCM to Webex Calling in the cloud. Our SIP trunking reflects that. It's designed and tested around Cisco platforms, rather than adapted to fit them.
For Webex Calling, we deliver PSTN connectivity through a Local Gateway. This can be your customer's own CUBE, or one we provide and manage. For customers on Cisco Unified Communications Manager, we connect directly to their CUBE, so migrating from ISDN or another carrier is a configuration change, not a rebuild. Either way, we take care of number porting, emergency call address records and testing before go-live.
If your customer is part-way through a move from CUCM to Webex, the same trunks and numbers can support both platforms during the transition. That makes moving users across a planned process rather than a cut-over weekend.
Voice is only as good as the line underneath it
Most call-quality problems aren’t really voice problems. They’re connectivity problems. Over ordinary internet, voice traffic competes with everything else on the line. Our Ethernet gives voice priority all the way from the customer’s site to our platform. Where Ethernet isn’t justified, we size the broadband and the router for clear calls. Either way, it’s all on one bill.
An extension of your team. Never a competitor.
